YENYO Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional wafer manufacturer of discrete components. It was founded in 1997. The product line includes glass passivated wafers, diode chips, diodes/rectifiers and thyristors (SCR/Triac), etc.

In the past, most of our wafer/chips production line was occupied by some famous Japanese manufacturers. However, in recent years we have been focusing on encapsulating self-produced die into finished products, and have been providing our customer with more choices. In the future, Yenyo will put in more effort to develop products with unique technology and to meet the market needs. It will also strengthen partnerships with our suppliers and global customers.

Our vision is to follow the trend of emerging industries with more technological innovation and competitiveness (such as lower VF, high voltage, high current and high power) ,and to supply to electric scooters/vehicles, 5G communication applications, power modules for military purpose as well as various power products for industrial purpose.

YENYO Technology has been recognized and obtained IATF 16949, ISO 9000 & ISO 14001 certificates. Our quality policy is “Best Quality” and “Customer First”.
